Thank you for visiting MeowGTP! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MeowGTP website, operated by Flintlark Ltd., headquartered at Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using the website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

MeowGTP is a portfolio showcase that demonstrates a product design for an AI cat assistant. The Site is a set of static pages. No AI service, chat, account, file upload or paid plan is available through it. Prices, plans and features shown on the Site are illustrative only and are not an offer.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may not violate any law, infringe rights, or use the Site for harmful, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the Site or gain unauthorized access to any system behind it.

3. Ownership

The Site's design, text, illustrations and the MeowGTP and PurrSafe™ names belong to Flintlark Ltd. or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy or reuse its content without permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLINTLARK LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLINTLARK LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED €100.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flintlark Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE. Class actions are waived. You may opt out within 30 days by submitting the Arbitration Opt-Out Form.

8. International Users

The Site is available globally. If you are located outside the UAE, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
